Who We Are

Ecosistema is a Latina-owned business that specializes in offering tailored solutions so professional Black, Brown, Indigenous, and (other) people of color can reach their highest potential. We were established to assist organizations in analyzing and developing strategies and ideal conditions to help historically excluded professionals thrive in modern workplaces. We love disrupting outdated ways of thinking and working with organizations seeking to make a big impact in redefining the way we work. We believe that systems design work is essential in creating strategy, action, and implementation plans to drive the change we wish to see in our communities and workplaces.

Ecosistema also manages El Pueblito Poder (The Power Village) a virtual community for Latinas and women of color.
