At Ecosistema Design, we believe inclusion and belonging can be woven into the fabric of your company — your ecosystem. 

Here’s How It Works

We have developed an Inclusiveness Scale and we apply it to examine your diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. We “look under the hood” of your company to see where you are to establish a baseline. 

Next, we'll provide recommendations for your company to guide future phases of your work. 

Using our proprietary Framework for Organizational Resilience, your team selects a focus area. This framework is a holistic approach to help you design structures, systems, and ideal conditions so your every person sees the role they can play through day-to-day actions to dismantle racism and discrimination.

Systems approach: We work directly with leaders to commit to addressing systemic inequities that are keeping people at the margins. 


Cohort model: We work with a small team to implement actions and track successes. We also do small group coaching to work on the thoughts that are holding individual people back from reaching the results they are seeking. We work at different levels: from the individual, to the group, focusing on 20-30 people for each cycle, to the systems level to effect change. 

A plan is only as good as the thoughts your team has about it and the commitment they are willing to make creating results. Weekly reflections allow us to see the results we are creating and to reflect on the direction that these results are taking us toward. 


By the end of the first two cycles, your team will be better equipped to design spaces for belonging and to adapt and respond to changing environments more effectively.
