Facilitation

We offer in-person or virtual facilitation sessions to build your team’s capacity. Organizations select a topic to focus their session on. We also offer focused conversation meetings to narrow down topics if the issue is complex. Focused conversations can be a great way to improve meetings, discuss goals, progress on goals, or conduct end-of-year reviews. 

Workshops & Trainings

Trainings and workshops can run from 2.5 hours to day-long retreats. We utilize a focused question to make sure that we stay focused on the purpose and outcomes of the training or workshop. We answer the question to wrap up the day based on the learnings and the team contributions.

Board Development: Training & development on roles/responsibilities, establishing healthy dynamics between board and staff, and board engagement.

We create opportunities for leadership growth within the organization through intentional design and explore different leadership models to fit the needs of the organization.
